  23. Sounds like that is what he already did - he did say INSTALLED, not COPIED!

  26. I had a similar problem with 3.2 - installed EXACTLY as per the installer,
  27. but the stuff still crashed.  After days of people telling me "You must
  28. use the installer" and "delete any muimaster libraries in libs: 'cos
  29. they must only be in MUI:libs" the answer finally arrived in the form of a
  30. bugfix library from Stefan of AmiNET - yes, there WAS a bug (or bugs)
  31. in 3.2! Ah well...

  40. Then why the hell does MUI not helpfully report that it is finding an
  41. old library?  At least this would give the user an indication of the
  42. problem.  Its like me phoning the garage and saying "My car does not
  43. work - fix it".

  46. I guess what I am saying is that it seems that people assume that any
  47. problem is due to poor installation - this is not always the case, and
  48. a little bit of decent error reporting from MUI would certainly help.

  51. BTW, what difference is there between 3.3 and 3.2+bugfix?  Just want to know
  52. if I need to upgrade again.
